“ Excellent food, excellent service and excellent drinks. Highly recommended. We go a couple times a week. ”
“ We had the veggie burrito that which was stuffed with fresh vegetables to go. While we waited we sat at the Bar with a on tap Modello. The service was fast for a for fresh food. Sides of black bean, salsa, and chips. ”
“ Food and service was outstanding; the atmosphere was welcoming and casual. There were three of us; we were all very happy with our dishes. We highly recommend Salsas in Port Orange. ”
“ I like the vibe of the establishment. The waitress was friendly and attentive. The food was so good, we might have ordered a little too much but that's perfect for our leftovers and a nice treat for later. I recommend ordering the fresh guacamole. This place exceeded my expectations. Definitely will come back next time in town. ”
“ I have only ate at this restaurant when they have Taco Tuesday. And have always been satisfied. But I was hungry for carnitas and in the shopping center getting my nails done. I was quickly seated and greeted by a happy friendly waitress. She brought my unsweetened tea and a basket of chips and salsa. Not my favorite chips but that's more of my personal taste. They have the carnitas with a red sauce or green sauce. She recommended the green when I said I prefer less spicy. Sadly I am not a fan of their carnitas. The green sauce was much too spicy for me. I will return but chose another entree. ”
“ Always enjoy lunch here. The food is very fresh and delicious and comes out fast for a reasonable price. I had the chimichanga smothered in queso and stuffed with grilled veggies and mushrooms, served with Mexican rice, refried beans, guacamole, lettuce and tomatoes--all for $12. Will definitely be back. ”
“ Came here for dinner and was super pleasantly surprised by the variety of the menu and how good everything was! The portions were also HUGE! We got the chorizo fundido to start and it was absolutely packed with chorizo. It was more of a runny cheese than a thick melted cheese which I usually expect with queso fundido but it was delicious. We got coconut margaritas and micheladas, and we enjoyed both! I got steak and shrimp fajitas. The portion was absolutely enormous. I ate three full fajitas with tortillas, and took the rest home and two more people ate from it. We also got the chicken chimichanga and the veggie burrito and enjoyed both as well! The service was not super super fast, but the waitress was extremely nice, checked on us very often, and apologized every time we had to wait a little bit. Also, you can't go wrong with their delicious and free chips and salsa! ”
“ This Salsas location is located on Dunlawton and Nova in the same shopping center as Publix. It is not far off of Interstate 95, so if you are traveling down the highway and want some Mexican food, this is not too far off the highway and your eventual destination. I will say that for a restaurant called Salsas, their salsa is pretty terrible. Way too much cumin. Chips are not bad, but that salsa is not good. Honestly, I would have preferred they just ran over to Publix and got a generic salsa from the supermarket. We started off with their bean dip appetizer. This was pretty good, though definitely more cheese than bean. It was a bit expensive at eight dollars and fifty cents, but again, pretty good. For my main course, I went with the super burrito Loco and chose steak for my protein. The burrito was huge and filling. I somehow managed to finish it, but lunch was the only meal that I will need today. The burrito was also pretty good. As I said, it was huge, but the steak was tender and the combination of fillings blended well together. My only complaint is that there was a bit of a lack of seasoning overall on the food in general. It was good, but not great. Our server was great. She helped us with selecting our entrees and brought our food with a smile and with efficiency. Prices were also overall a bit high. Seven dollars for a kid's meal, my burrito was fifteen dollars. Four adults and a child had a bill of basically one hundred dollars for lunch. I was on the fence about giving it three or four stars. I ended up going to four stars. The good was good. Not great, but not mediocre neither. Four stars is a good assessment of this restaurant. If you are looking for a good Mexican restaurant, Salsas is a pretty good place to head towards. ”
“ We always come here when I visit NSB and we are never disappointed . Great service , food and beer selections ( good Covid protocol too) We basically order everything. From burritos to enchiladas - see pics for details . Food is fresh , BIG and they have plenty of salsas ! Gotta visit if u luv Mexican food as we do!! ”
